Telkom should be Helkom for bad service

<p>I have lodged complaint in October concerning Greenstone staff who are always short staffed and never come back to customers. I have been ingored till this very date. I have completed an application and requested for a quotation of which I still have not received. No has even bothered to contact me, they should change their name from Telkom to Helkom. We experiene Hell dealing with Telkom... </p>
