Telkom should be fined

Telkom has not worked for the past 2 weeks. Eversince the lockdown I have havad intermittent WiFi ranging below. 0.1mbps. This is just another way that telkom has found for de*****ing customer I have 7 contract excluding my home WiFi and I am unable to make a call with on mobile or the home network. Trying to call telkom could have u holding for more than an hour without any response
