Telkom should be closed down!!

App**** for a Mobile Handset (not Cellphone) about 2 months ago. Received a reference (226 745 840A).....2 failed deliveries because the courier company could not Rica the delivery due to the waybill not displaying my ID. Received new reference number (226 746 452B)....another 2 failed deliveries with the same Rica issue. Nearly 2 month down, hours on the line between Telkom and the courier company.......and I'm still waiting.
