Telkom should be canceled!!!

Telkom and Vox Telekom is giving me the run around everyday a technician is being sent out to resolve the problem ( so they say). This is highly unacceptable. My internet has been off since 1 December and I’m expected to be understanding. Why offer a service where you cannot or don’t want to deliver. But just don’t pay then they’re the quickest to jump down your throat and highly efficient.
