Telkom should be called Helkom

Since August last year I changed my Telkom home package to fibre on the special of 649. However, they messed up and added landline. They have being over charging ever since even though the landline was never requested or used. I am in an endless battle with them to correct it. I cannot claim my refund over charges nor get them to correct the package.
