Telkom should be banned

I've had a sim swap done a month ago which still doesn't work. I found out by myself that sim was apparently ported to MTN, went into the branch for the 8th time today, still escalating the matter 4 times to date. I then went to MTN to use my number, they've sent a message to Telkom to have My number released, still waiting since 3 weeks now. They have no idea what is going on, their internal technical services don't do anything, the issue is still awaiting response from technical...... cannot use my bank cards etc as this number is on all correspondence. Then the supervisor was extremely rude to me. Basically the branches are a communition tool from customer to technical, were nothing happens.
