Telkom should be Awarded for most USELESS company EVER

You are definitely winning the award for the most *********** company employing mostly idiots!!!!!! Upgraded my contract and requested a new Sim card for that upgraded number. Received the Sim card - on a new contract--NOT what we agreed. Called Telkom, New contract removed from my profile and upgrade done on old number but, SIM CARD CANCELED SO, NOT ABLE TO MAKE USE OF THE UPGRADE. Sure you will charge me as you are eager to run your debit order but useless to fix your incompetence.
