TELKOM Short Debits

Absolutely Pathetic After Sales Service from TELKOM. For 6 months in a row I'm getting SHORT DEBITED. THEY DEBIT ME SHORT BY R230 EVERY MONTH, then I go into Collection Status and my Account gets Suspended.
