The phone was lost on the 1 May 2023 until to date I have been struggling to get a new phone, starting from customer service, telkom shop headfield, East gate mall, to telkom insurance, I have been taken to pillar to post about my claim, but come month end they are the first to deduct the money from my bank account

I don't appreciate the treatment I am getting from this company, I am glad my contract is almost finished,

They don't stick to thier promises. I will never buy anything from telkom even if it's the cheapest in the market, I received a very poor treatment.
