Telkom shops no service

My cellphone contract was due for an upgrade on the 17th of this month. Ive been phoning Telkom shops around pretoria to find out if the have stock on a Samsung S6 without avail. Ive been phoning Telkom Menlyn, Brooklyn, Centurion, kolonade retail, kolonade mall around the clock. Not one of the shops answers their phone. I need a new phone asap as my current phone is damaged. I randomly phoned the shops through the day for the last 2 weeks but as yet to get someone to answer their phone. This is extremely frustrating and im considering cancling my account and take my business elsewhere. I need a new handset this week or im cancling my current contract. Seems like Telkom just dont care. This is the worst service i recieve to date! <br>
