Telkom shops

Where we stay I cannot get adsl or a telkom landline. Telkom callcente told me that they have a solution for me with a product that I need to get at a Telkom shop. Week before Xmas I called the Telkomshop in Tableview. I got the telephone number from the internet. I spoke to a gentleman that had no intention to help me with my problem. I inquired about any documentation i need to have with me to get the product. Keep in mind that I do have 2 active telkomlines in my business and require an extra line for my office at home. After he told me I need to go through the fica process again, I was so despondent. Yesterday I found out that their is a Telkom shop in Malmesbury that is closer to where I stay. This morning I googled the number. Called the number and it said number does not excist. So I called 1023 , my call got dropped 3 times then just to be told that they do not have telephone numbers in the whole of South Africa for any Telkom shop. What the hell?
