Telkom Shop Waterfront,BFN - Baaad Service!!!

<p>The service is pathetic at Telkom Shop at Waterfront mall in Bloemfontein. I went there to upgrade to the 10Meg promotion and the staff there were totally disengaged and disinterested in helping me. They stated that I needed my ID, Proof of residence and 3 months bank statements just to upgrade my contract. Even after I sated that I am already a Telkom customer, they showed zero interest in customer service. I then called the Telkom helpdesk and they upgraded me in 2 minutes. (Which I should have done in the first place)</p> <p>Get rid of those uninterested, disengaged and useless staff members from that store or just close the store of this is how your customers are being treated!!!</p>
