Telkom Shop Service

Telkom shops service is always bad wherever you go, but the one in Fourways Mall infront of Game is the worst. I’m not sure if it is the system that is slow or complicated or the incompetence of the service reps. We have been waiting for more than an hour and they are still busy with the same customers.
