Telkom shop mall of africa

I would like lay a complaint on telkom shop mall of africa. They have the most *********** and rude staff. I did a sim swap some time in 2019, they didn't activate the sim card, had to go to the bryanston branch for help. I did sim swap yesterday (11.01.2020) they did the same thing that happened last time. So I have to go back to the shop again and this is time and money. I'm really annoyed by the service they give there. They didn't do their work diligently.
