Telkom shop in Cresta, accuses me of lying about my query

I was disgusted on how I was treated at the Telkom shop in the Cresta mall today. Going in with a query to cancel my account. A young lady that works there was pretty much questioning me if I even tried doing this online before I came into shop. She told me I was lazy because I didn't do it...then pretty much accused me of lying when I told her what I saw from my side...I eventually told her I have no reason to lie and she went on about how the customers are always lying to her...I don't see how this is relevant to me...and this was only my 2 time ever in the Telkom shop and thank goodness it will be my last. I don't recommend the Telkom shop in Cresta mall to anyone. Unless you have a police clearance and a lie detector with you..I doubt they will assist your query.
