Telkom shop fails customer care test again.

I am highly dissatisfied with the response of the Telkom Shop in LongBeach Mall, Noordhoek. I purchased a new cellphone with the add on of a protective screen and cover. The protective screen has lasted only 10 days and is cracked from the volume button diagonally across to the other corner due to no abuse by me. The protective screen on my previous phone has been on for four years! The protective screen is labelled " tempered glass" on the packaging and the invoice. The Telkom representative freely admits that it is not tempered glass. Telkom therefore misrepresents this product as these words have dictionary definitions. TELKOM, in the face of competition, has no idea of customer care or customer retention and merely continues in the same way as when they had a monopoly.
