Telkom Shop at N1 City PATHETIC!

<p>Last week I stopped by the Telkom Shop at N1 City mall to enquire what I had to bring along to do a number port. They helped me - I said - you will see me over the weekend then. Today I went back to Telkom - all documents as required, only to be told that they don't do ports on a FRIDAY??? After I told them I'll be back over the weekend. ONE - no one could tell me that day that I said I would be back that there are only certain days. TWO - this is all a computerised process. How can it not be done on a specific day??? Monday to Thursday I am guaranteed my number will be ported - Weekends I am not???</p>
