Telkom Shockingly poor service

Shockingly poor service from Telkom. Telkom line consistently slow at 0.05 mbps on a 2mbps line and Telkom can never fix the line issue despite years of complaints.

The adsl line is active. Speed tests feom mybroadband show max line speed of 0.5mbps for upload and download speed. We have Repeater issues with this line previously but the line speed is still slow.
