Telkom: shocking service exploiting customers

Worst service imaginable. The Parow Exchange burnt down and the service will not be restored - without any notice leaving us with dire consequences.

To add insult to injury: we are forced to cancel the service electronically - while we have no service.

Unless you cancel, the costs keep running and to cancel you have to accept the terms and conditions, namely that you will pay for the notice period despite not have any service.
