TELKOM SHOCKING SERVICE AND LACK OF CUSTOMER ASSISTANCE

I have tried for 3 months to cancel my Telkom line and they keep telling me they cannot cancel because of my Internet service provider still having a hold on the the line, i have proof that it is cancelled on the ISP side and yet Telkom does nothing.

I have wasted so much airtime trying to phone these people it is positively ridiculous
