Telkom Shocking Service All Around

I ordered fibre a month and a half ago from Telkom, no one from Telkom gets back to me, when i called to find out why it's taking so long, they say my order has been transferred to a different division because i live in a security complex, when i dial the number they give me to find out how far the case is, its the wrong number. The online service doesn't work, when i call i have to wait for hours. When i finally get through to them yesterday, they say that a fibre order was never logged. The service is just shocking. Just to get to speak to an operator is agony. At least they are friendly, but that doesn't help. I ordered Fibre via Mweb yesterday, and they called me today to install. Telkom is just the worst provider out there.
