TELKOM Shocking service !

Shocking service !!!! Unfortunately had to give a 1 star at least to write this ( 1 star is to good for them ) otherwise would give 0 stars...

Been with Telkom for 5 years paying the same rate every month. Suddenly they charge me 4 TIMES my monthly data usage for last few month. Data coming off my account when im not even on computer or at home ??? Random times at 2am that data is coming off but im not useing. They refuse to acknowledge their fault and say they cannot find a problem - that i must pay... Have just recently cancelled contract and moved on ! impossible to get hold of anyone , maybe lucky if you stay on hold for and hour.... Useless service . Have emailed numerous times of assistance on this but nothing and still have cheek to send a bill.

My new provider is quick on the response , phone or email ! Brilliant.
