TELKOM SHOCKING SERVICE

After a month of trying there has been no success in getting a debit order stopped. Despite a contract being cancelled and the account paid in full the debit order just carries on. Account paid in full but debit order just persists. Telkom must be the worst telecoms company to deal with. The call centre for what Telkom calls "retentions" (sic) takes up to an hour to take calls and then tries to refer you to other persons and you wait for another extended period for a response. I would not be prepared to recommend Telkom to anyone and would instead try to discourage anyone from doing business with Telkom.
