Telkom - shocking service

On Sunday I blacklisted a phone, I was told I would receive a reference number within 24 hours, never received. I have spent 2 days trying to get help with this calling every possible number and no human can help. Every time Telkom says I have sent you a link, a link that you cannot use to blacklist. Truthfully how you have any clients i do not know.
