Telkom shocking service

My daughter has basically had no internet for about a month. She's been into Telkom with her LTE modem and they said they'd contact her to sort it out and I've also reported it telephonically but no one has contacted her or come back to me. R400pm I'm paying for 40gb + 40gb night surfer, which I can ill afford and it's not working day or night!!! ?
