Telkom - Shocking - Failure to Adhere to Advertised Packages

Whereto from here? Telkom service is simply non-existing. They advertise a R605 uncapped package all inclusive, line, router, 1G sim card, etc. 2 months later, I only received an extender, but no router and nor my sim card. I went to Telkom and was advise that I cannot get my sim card before the technicians does not deliver and close the task. Now how do you get to talk to Telkom lately???? When you call them someone takes down your details - stating the lines are too busy - and then nobody phones you ever. To top it all --- Now I got a bill of R650 instead of the R605. Phoned this morning - spoke to Wendy Dlamin who states cannot transfer my call to anybody - not even a manager - does not have the ability to do so - must take my detail and someone will call me back by COB ... blah, blah, blah. Will take them to the Advertising board for false advertising and administration.
