TELKOM: SHOCKING - DISGRACE - ********* AND APPALLING

I logged a call to cancel Telkom: Landline and ADSL line notice. I gave them almost 2 months notice (as they require a calendar month's notice)! They started bombarding me with calls to market Telkom mobile to me. The minute I rejected them they simply closed my cancellation call stating that it is NOT possible to cancel until the ADSL line is cancelled. This is appalling and unacceptable!
