Telkom - shocking customer service

<p>I have been trying to speak to a sales agent at Telkom for the past 2 days with no luck. I have even tried their online chat facility and no one even replies. My husband had the same experience 2 weeks ago when he called to take out a wi-fi router which he never got because no one could assist him. He was transferred several times back and forth. I find Telkom agents extremely rude and it's like they couldn't give a **** about helping you or bringing new business on board. This is shocking service. I would hate to think of the type of service an existing customer gets from them!!!</p>
