Telkom: Shocking & Appalling Service

I have not been able to receive calls on my wireless fixed line. Ever since we managed to port our business line to Telkom (which took 3-4 months to complete, going to and fro with Telkom centre in Fourways) We have never been able to receive calls on the line.

I call telkom on a daily basis and have two reference numbers (one for technical support and one for escallations). All the support agents tell us is that the case is still open and they are working on it, Everyday!

We are a business and we rely on clients being able to reach us and unfortunately there is no sense of urgency from Telkom and at the very best all we get is *********** service agents who waste our time with no clue as to how to resolve the problem.

Shocking and appalling service from Telkom!!
