Telkom shocking after sales assistance

So last week I posted a review about a consultant at telkom who was supposed to cancel a data package but then cancelled the entire contract making me liable to pay R14 300… he then had to fix it but did it incorrectly , last week telkom debited my account with R14 300. It is absolutely appalling how a consultant can make such a huge mistake and neither the consultant nor telkom could fix it or take accountability for the error !!! R14 300 is not small change , yet I had to pay it because of a mistake on their side. Not even a sorry from the consultant nor telkom … I had to spend over a month trying to fix this and it was not even fixed . I will never take out another contract with TELKOM
