Telkom, Shocking accounts and service. Incompetence!

Telkom can not fix their own incompetence. They sign you up on a contract after an inquiry, can they do this ***********ly on purpose so create a new account that doesn't link to the existing. They use this to scan you into working with them. When you look for the problem, they can not find accounts unless you tell them what to look for and when you go into the store to fix the problem, It is a 5 hour wait due to the number of complaints they have to fix. I would not take the chance again!
