Telkom shocking

26th March 2018 - app**** for relocation on the Telkom online system was offline and I called 10210 for relocation a reference number ********** 57A was given. Kept calling 10213 to check on progress, to no avail. 6th April - advised that no record was held, and I had to restart the process and a new reference was given ********** 57A 9th April – 10213 advised 4 to 7 working days 16th April – 10213 advised 4 to 7 working days 23rd April – 10213 advised 4 to 7 working days 30th April – 10213 advised 4 to 7 working days 7th May – 10213 advised 4 to 7 working days 14th May – 10213 advised that no record was held, and I had to restart the process and a new reference was given ********** 27A advised 4 to 7 working days 21st May – 10213 Advised that it has been escalated and my reference number is ********** advised 3 to 7 working days, someone from Telkom will contact me 28th May – 10213 Advised that it has been escalated and my reference number is ********** advised 3 to 7 working days, someone from Telkom will contact me 4th June – 10213 Advised that it has been escalated and my reference number is ********** advised 3 to 7 working days, someone from Telkom will contact me 7th June – Telkom phones!!!!! Yes from ********** and a technician will call me to set an appointment 12th June – STILL NOTHING TELKOM! 12th June, have just spoken to 10213 again holding 17 minutes before anyone answers and then another 7 minutes "while I'm still on the line" whatever that means. " It's still being resolved, there is a system error"
