Telkom, shockin shocking service, No accountability, and definately not a communication portal

Telkom, useless useless. My landline was cancelled , after they acknowledged receipt of the withdrawal of cancellation. Each department refers you to the next, which refers you to the previous one. Reference numbers seem to mysteriously disappear. And they are a communication portal????????? An agents can HARDLY grasp the problem and keep escalating, a verb that obviously does not exist to a manager that never ever takes action. Zoliswa bosman is in need of some serious training. Her latest email states my line is not cancelled!!!!!!!!!!!! Telkom, as one that boasts that you are turning the industry on its head, is ridiculous actually. You have basically done my head in, as I am unable to communicate with the world. It is a shame and a disaster to call yourself a communication portal !!!!!!
