Telkom shenanigans

I have never dealt with people who are this *********. I had a contract with Telkom and terminated the contract at the end of the 24 months, telephonically. Months down the line Telkom calls me to say I owe them because they were still billing me, for a service that I was not even using. Even the last 12 of the contract I was not using their services but I continued paying because of our agreement. I visited their branch to explain my situation but did not receive any assistance, I was told that when you cancel contracts over the phone, in most cases they end up not cancelling same. It’s best that one visits a particular branch. I had something pressing me that required me to have positive credit rating I therefore paid for so called amount I supposedly owe them. Now I need a clearance letter from them to say that I have paid. Every agent says they can’t hear me or tells me or says they will come back to me but nothing.

I have a very good mind now if I lose what I am trying to see them in court. I am ****ed beyond being ****ed.
