Telkom Shelly Beach is drowning

Telkom Shelly beach branch is useless, I took out a new LTE contract with the router and added multisims, ive called probably 50 times and they are unable to active the simcards. They say its a technical issue, so I called Telkom headoffice and they know nothing about this technical issue. They dont even answer their business landline anymore or the in store cellphone to help customers.
