TELKOM SHELLY BEACH BRANCH. This company shows complete lack of professionalism. After being forced to become a Telkom mobile client when 8ta was phased out it has been nothing but a downhill ride. Despite having visited the branch and made many phone calls at my expense, my sim card swap remains inactive. Just tired of phoning and getting empty promises. Well done Telkom. Keep up the bad work.
