TELKOM SH** PROVIDER ,ITS BAD!!

I HAVE BEEN DEBITED TWO PHONES WHILST I ONLY TOOK ONE PHONE WITH telkom , I took the phone in September 2022 , I have been calling for them to stop taking money for two phones but till today they are charging me for two phones, I have sent an affidavit bank details and proof i only took one phone, i stopped paying the account , they expect me to pay for a phone i didn't take ,my services are suspended yet they do not recognize they made the plunder on their side, they over charged me yet they haven't repaid me and the inconvenience caused by them. i went to the Telkom store at WESTGAte mall in ROODEPOORT they haven't also been any help , NO Agent or representative off telkom has made and attempt to help or call me after leaving numerous messages and calls, this is truly bad service and operator !! POOR POOR TELKOM IS **** AND I REGRET TAKING THE PHONE WITH THEM
