Telkom settlement

I have made payment via Telkom appointed attorney on 29 March, and 2 weeks later I am still struggling to submit proof of Payment and settlement letter received. I have emailed Telkom twice via the email address they provide me on Facebook messenger and they keep replying email not received. I need this issue resolved as I had stopped the service in 2017.
