Telkom sets a new low in customer service

OK, so this is yet another review where Telkom is unable to help with a simple line move. I have yet to get any satisfaction in this regard and the 'help' offered from their representative here is not working. I have sent mails to multiple Telkom addresses and spent hours on the phone so far with no end in sight....They keep saying they will get back to me and never do. I then wanted to see if this is just that they are overloaded but when I app**** (via a friend) for a new line...they were very quick to try and set it up...To ANYONE that does not like unwanted waits, aggravation and loss of sleep (not to mention monetary loss seeing as I trade and work from home)....STAY AWAY from any Telkom product...They are USELESS
