Telkom services take too long!

I have been dealing with a agent called Ziyaad. At first he was very eager to get me up and running but when I mentioned I only wanted the adsl line he started dragging his feet...firstly with the application forms and then having them approved. My application is approved and he told me to wait for a call.I have sent countless msgs to get a date for connection but he has been ignoring my messages,no one has called and it is over a week! How long does it take to have a adsl line connected or atleast for someone to give me a date!! You cannot get through to the call centre or helpline...it's ridiculous! I need this sorted out ASAP and not have my queries ignored!
