Telkom SErvices Sucks and they dont do there work

I have been Waiting For my internet for over 6 months, they installed it, but didnt work i am know trying to Cancel the service its been 3 months

th are Taking my money but i dont use the internet the internet should be 4 mb /s i only get 0.06mb/S

i tryed to cancel the service 10 time and if i phone in nothing has been done then i have to start again
