Telkom services sucks
<p>I have been struggling to get my line re-activated for a whole month. Call centre staff either do not do thier work or they simply do not know how do to their work. This let me to cancel my contract. Walkin centres are useless as they are unable to assist.</p>

It was up and running after struggling for a month to get the line re-activated, after I threathened to escalate the matter, hence the cancellation of my services. I am sure you can access all my calls to the call centre?
