Telkom Services Suck!

Unfortunately I have subscribed for Prime Video through Telkom, in the blink of an eye, by pressing the wrong button on my phone. Now to get that cancelled is HELL!! The telkom.co.za site, the app, or nothing else is working, never mind getting somewhere or someone to cancel this subscription! The Telkom/ Openserve Fibre service is not a bad deal, but heaven forbid that you require an administrative issue with Telkom! They might have all these wonderful websites, apps and numbers, but NOTHING is working properly!
