Telkom Services & Repairs is up to **** !!

Good day, May I share my frustration with your Telkom clients out there, we have been struggling with our telkom lines since the end of October 2017. We have sent many e-mails to Telkom and made 31 calls to Telkom and yet we are not getting feedback. The consultants who answer the phones are not helpful at all and sound literally whether they are dying if you explain your problem and they like to put the phone down on their side after you already have been holding on for 40+ minutes. TELKOM services in overall is UP TO **** !!! We are at this point to cancel our TELKOM lines with TELKOM.
