Telkom : services pathetic

Telkom services are pathetic.

1) Had to wait for over 3 months for work phone lines to be restored. Seemed like nobody really knew what was happening. Everyone has another story.

2) My father has a Telkom mobile contract, which has been giving him problems from the beginning. It gets sorted out, works for a while and then gives problems again. Latest problem, as per callcentre agent, is that Telkom has switched from the mobile network they were using to another network. Phone needed to be set on roaming. Now the calls shows routing through the Netherlands or some other country. Minutes, data, airtime decreases rapidly. And balance checking is confusing. Balances differs when checking consecutively within minutes apart.
