Telkom services is ****en

I have an uncapped wifi router with telkom i have a few months to finish the contract, but now for the past 3 weeks i have been having network issues and i am working from home, my job is on the line due to network issues and should i lose the job telkom will be on my case however they not attending to my query, i have been calling them each and everyday for 3 weeks and they give me settings to do but still nothing is happening.... Please fix this network issue as it is going to lead me straight into depression if i lose my job.
