Telkom Services Is Deplorable! Case No ***

Logged case number *** on 5th March and to date still awaiting an update on this case. I provided all the required details to the technical support person and still no response from him. I had a call from the case manager and still to date am waiting for a response. I emailed the Case Manager and Technical Support on Monday (27th March) and also today (31st March) with no response.

TELKOM DOES NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE ANYMORE! TELKOM SERVICES ARE DEPLORABLE AND THEY JUST DONT CARE ANYMORE!
