Telkom services

I have just spoken to a lady at Telkom customer care her name is Nondumiso, she was very rude spoke in a tone that's very unfriendly. I have had one of the Sim cards loose network last year and had to do a Sim swap at telkom store. Now the same Sim card is doing the same and the lady is telling me to manually search for network and then go do Sim swap if I still have the issue. I have two other contracts with telkom which have never given me this issue. I am very much upset by the service this lady has given me. And this back and forth with one Sim card this is costing money ND time!
