Telkom services during loadshedding

During loadshedding & +- 15minutes after, my telkom telephone is dead. On query, am informed that telkom are unable to provide service during loadshedding. On average about 4 hrs service lost every day (1/6) therefore I claim that my bill should be reduced by that amount. Telkom billing department laughed at this logical request. If bill payments are 1 day late, Telkom unilaterally charge interest. Where is fairness in above? Will be cancelling service.
