TELKOM IS *****ING OUR MONEY !!! Two account cancellation requests were sent in March 2020 only to now discover we are still being debited R799.00 every month for the last 5 months and without any correspondence or notifications from Telkom to make us aware of such. Prior to this we always received SMS's informing us of the debit order, and since April 2020 no SMS's or other correspondence has been received, even though there were two instructions sent to Telkom to request cancellation. HOW CONVENIENT FOR YOU TELKOM!!! YOU ARE ******* AND EVEN TRY TO HIDE IT!!!
